A former team roping competitor, he still competes occasionally but primarily focuses on training young horses and running their business. He travels full-time with his wife, Stevi, who competes professionally in rodeos and futurities as a barrel racer.

SteviHILLMAN
Stevi Hillman is an 8-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier in barrel racing - and achieved this while jockeying various horses. Her love for horses has been a lifelong passion, and she is now fulfilling her dream of competing and training them. Her success is driven by her deep connection with horses, as well as her determination, competitiveness, and resilience in the face of challenges. Despite her achievements, she stays humble and aims to use her platform as a professional barrel racer to honor God and inspire others.
LOGO MEANING
The entire symbol within the shield reflects the CHI-RHO, an early Christogram signifying Christ's victory and the enduring faith embraced by Emperor Constantine.
The shield symbolizes our shield of faith, part of our spiritual armor (Eph 6:16).
The "t" as a cross symbolizes the pursuit of leading others to salvation and a relationship with Jesus, while the red color in the logo represents the blood of Jesus.
The "PTW" letters are in a triangle form to remind us that in preparation or victory, all actions should glorify God.
The arrows represent 1) direction and goals 2) ambition and progress, and 3) strength and resilience. The two upward-pointing arrows represent optimism and self-growth, and signifies the connection between horse and rider.
The three feathers on the arrows symbolize the whole person: spirit, soul and body.
