Group Coaching is a high-impact coaching experience for participants who want consistent results—without trying to figure it all out alone. Led by Ty Hillman, this program blends practical mental performance training with real-time coaching and a community that keeps you accountable. You’ll learn how to think clearly and feel calm under pressure, feel confident, recover quickly when a run doesn’t go as planned, direct your focus and internal narrative, and so much more. We’ll train the habits and routines that create consistency: how you prepare during the week, what you focus on before you compete, and how you evaluate your progress without beating yourself up. During the duration of Group Coaching, you can expect: • New coaching video dropped every Thursday along with notes • Weekly live 30 minute Q&A with Ty and the group every Tuesday at 2 pm CST via Zoom • Simple, repeatable tools for focus, confidence, and emotional control • Strategies for handling nerves, distractions, and performance pressure • A supportive group of competitors who understand the highs and lows of competition This program is not event specific and is applicable to any rodeo event or equine discipline at any stage—whether you’re building confidence, leveling up your consistency, or working through a setback. You’ll leave each session with clear action steps you can apply immediately in practice and at the next event.
