1 on 1 coaching session


Service Description

Ty works with clients to train mental skills like focus, confidence, calming themselves when they are overly anxious, thinking clearly in a high stress situation, goal setting, mental rehearsal, optimism, and so much more. Mentally tough competitors are not born, they are made. Just like physical skills must be trained through intentional practice and repetition, mental skills are trained the same way. Some clients have worked with coaches and read many performance psychology books while some are brand new to the idea of mental coaching. Regardless of their experience, Ty works with them to train the skills and develop the framework to perform closer to their potential by helping them change the way they think. While Ty has worked with all ages in multiple sports including bowling, golf, football, and shooting, his main experience is in rodeo and western equine disciplines. Each coaching session is approximately one hour by phone.
